You are correct in avoiding fatty foods and desserts but also if you eliminate refined sugar and white flour from your diet, you will lose weight. In addition try to increase your energy output a little. This may simply include getting off the bus/train one stop before your regular stop and walking the rest of the way. Using the stairs when going up just 2 or 3 flights, etc. These little bursts of energy will burn off excess calories before they get a chance to turn to fat on the body. This is also healthier for you. And last but not lease, drink plenty of water. Hope this works for you and has been somewhat helpful.
: Hi, I was hoping someone could post a list of some foods that are crucial to avoid so as to loose weight. Obviously, I realize ultra-high fatty foods as well as desserts are important to be cut from a diet. But which others are important too? Any diet tips would be greatly appreciated. All of the best!
