"ISE MONADIKI GIA EMENA"
Actually that means "You're the only one for me". (or more precisely "You're solely for me").
Which is great.
If you are a woman and want to say this to a man (that you are intimate with) change the MONADIKI to MONADIKOS, or he might think you learned this from another man!! :-)

: : How would I say "You are a very special person to me" in Greek?

: If you address a person you are very intimate and she is of Greek origin (I mean she knows Greek well) the most appropriate is to say "ISE MONADIKI GIA EMENA" is difficult but you asked.
