Greek Wedding - HELP !!!

I am marrying a greek - Yeah!

I am looking for any help I can get to help incorporate Greek traditions, requirements, food, etc. and anything will help!

Also, I think we are going to get married at the Greek Orthodox church that he was baptised at. (although we were both raised Catholic)
What are the major differences within the two religions??
