: Konrad, as far as I know he was not betrayed by the Greek government. I think he was caught in Cyprus -if I'm not wrong by Turkish agents. He was bundled onto plane and taken to Turkey. He's in a Turkish prison awaiting his fate. That is, the Turkish government wants to execute him but the united nations and other humanitarian organisations are trying to overturn this. If he's executed I think Turkey will be in dire straits. One fifth of their population (if not more) is Kurdish. "Terrorism" -I use this word very loosely in the context of Turkey- may therefore spiral out of control.
