Hi, I found a lovely recipe for "Baked Apples with Honey Syrup" which is apparently Greek and would love to know the Greek name for it. Can anyone help? (Roman alphabet, please)
Ingredients are as follows:
4 medium cooking apples
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 cup water
1 cup honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
whipped cream, optional
