Hi Venetia,
I´m sorry, but I have to correct because I think that Nikos doesn´t know much about baking. Your recipe is not a ´milopita´ because milopita is one kind of applepie. In your recipe there is no even flour.
But I can´t help you because I don´t know if there are any greek name for baked apples. Or maybe it´s just simply ´milo sto fourno´ or something like that.
