Thanks for that- yeh- I read the book and absolutely loved it but I can imagine that the movie will destroy the book- I fear that what happened to Chocolate will also happen to Corelli... I found the historical additions to the book very interesting as have no idea about recent Greek politics... Australia is so far from Europe, it is easy to jsut not attend to history like that...I heard that the historical depiction wasn't very accurate or rather that it was a biased view on the happenings. Sometimes I feel so detatched... Especially when some of you say that you have already seen the movie!!! ...
