This is one of those tricky words that don't really have a direct translation. It's used when handing someone something,
for example a glass of water, money, a pen etc... In this case it loosely means "here you go" or "here you are".
It's also used when someone wants to ask you a question or get your attention and you respond "oriste" when they say your
name. Then it loosely means "here I am" or" I'm listenening". You get the idea. Some people use it
when they pick up the phone.
