first, just a reply to the question about inter-family relationships.

think about this - in 100 years, how much of this is really going to matter ANYWAY? also - if your faith is a living thing, then it doesn't really matter very much what faith claims your child. as far as i know, lutherans and orthodox believe there's a god, believe in jesus, and believe you should basically do the best you can for people while you're on earth.

so how much does it really matter? and when your child is 18, they are going to make their own choice about their religious faith. you might be raising an atheist unawares, for example.

anyway - if your husband doesn't identify strongly with the orthodox faith and you would like to raise your child as a lutheran, what's the problem? it's your child.

now - on to other things - does anyone know of any reputable martial arts dojos/classes in athens? if so, could you PLEASE post a follow up to let me know?

would be interested in anything from fencing to krav maga, capoeira, acrobatics, karate, tae kwon do, muay thai, etc.

thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
