My favorite: 3 cans of Swanson's fat-free chicken broth. When it comes to a boil - add 1 cup of Uncle Ben's Converted Original Rice (a pat of butter can be added). Meanwhile blend 2 eggs until very frothy. Put aside the juice of two lemons. When the rice is done (taste)- add slowly a spoonful at a time into the egg mixture while the blender is operating and then add the lemon juice slowly..Thats it...Kali Orexi (bon appetit).
