got a hold of some of those old 78rpm masters, and
is supposed to be reissuing them onto CD's......
Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the company nor where in Michigan they are located.

Some of the old Tsitsanis recordings(starting from
the 1930s) have been reissued onto CD in both Greece and France.

I would imagine that there is a lot of stuff in
someone's attic/basement still around, but it seems that people don't realize what they have. I've been to some record swap meets, but have yet
to see any REAL Greek recordings for sale there.

As for sheet music, I there is very little of it
available here in the U.S. Most of what's out there are a few basic folk tunes, as well as
church-oriented music.

There are a few bands that sell their cassettes
at festivals, but I'm coming up blank with any names at the moment.

If I come up with anything else, I'll let you
know...
