The book "Marriage: An Orthodox Perspective" by John Meyendorff was helpful. It is a dry and academic book, but there is a rough copy of the full marriage ceremony at the back of the book.

The best thing that I can say about our ceremony is that it is over and we are married. There were quite a few "quirks" during the wedding and my (American) family will be teasing us about it for a while. One example - Our priest had the entire wedding pary walk around the table with us, not just the key people. Our friends dubbed it "the conga line."

Feel free to write to my e-mail for any more info.
