Dimitris as a last name(surname)would be spelt DIMITRI or DEMETRIOU as the spelling of names changes in Greek when they are used as surnames.

: It is not always easy to spell Greek words in the Latin alphabet, as the Greek alphabet uses characters we're not used to.

: Personally, I would spell it Dimitris.
