for 10 days. I got this ticket to go to a football match (Greece versus England) but my friend pulled out so I am now on my own with this unrefundable ticket and have decided to take a holiday and forget about the match. May I recommend the nearest island, Aegina. It has a wonderful town and a swinging resort,Agia Marina with great nightlife on the other side of the island. There are ferries from Piraeus straight to Ag. Marina or you can take a boat to Aegina town and then the bus. You can then make day trips to other islands(Angistri,Poros, Hydra,Spetsai) and of course to Athens. I can also recommend another 70 odd islands but they will take half a day or a day to get there!
