Permanent Job

I have been to Corfu a number of times and have decided that I want to live there on a permanent babsis. Can anyone advise what I need to do to go about finding a job and buying a property. I am a computer specialist by trade but would consider any job.

Many thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give me. I have started to learn the Greek language.
