Help with Greek poetry (modern)

Hi. I am getting married in 22 days to a wonderful Greek man. His family is absolutely amazing and his mother always calls me "her new daughter." For their gifts from us I wanted to get a two-sided frame with a wedding picture on one side and a poem on the other side that says something about family or joining our families, etc. I'd also like to read it to them in Greek at our rehearsal dinner.
Does anyone know where I can find Greek poetry that would meet my needs?
