I don't know the ingrediants, but I remember how my grandmother used
to roll it out on her kitchen table with a broom stick, and then
she would stack up every pillow and cusion that she had or
coule borrow, throw a white sheet over then, and then throw the
rollled out dough on the sheet. Onc it streched enough to almost
touch the floor, she would cut it in half and strech each half in the
same way. She would repeat this until she got about 60 pan sized
sheets of phyllo.

I thnk that each pan sized sheet was immediatly buttered and
placed into the baklava pan, but I think that this was a time
saver space; Properly made phyllo sheets don't stick to each
other; they are made with lots of flour.

This is a real lost art. I often wish that someone would have taken movies
of this.Thanks for asking the question; it brought back some wonderful
memories!
