Greece to England about 1901-1903

Hello Iam trying to tace any information about my Great-Grandfather he came to England about 1901-1903 aged about 11years his name was Paulos N Lachanudis born 1881 I have tried all the web sites i can find I think , but i cant find any information about Greeks arriving in England . If anyone can help with information about the name Lachanudis or anything about why Greeks left and how they travelled at such a young age i would be most greatfull.
