I would assume that Tertullian was referring to Christianity in relation to Hellenism. What exactly do you mean by 'Jewish Greek influence'? Some clarification may be required because one may extrapolate that Judaic influence = Christianity, which after all, is an extension of Judaism. This is only my opinion and I would appreciate clarification of your opinion.
