Several searches on these two words, found nothing except your own posting on this board. I found a website with many (most or all) eye conditions. Try the following link http://www.stlukeseye.com/Conditions/Amblyopia.asp -- it might be what they call this condition in english. It would not be the first time english butchers a greek word or phrase. Good luck. Another idea: find a ophthalmologist with a greek background and ask him. I know of a couple such doctors in the Chicago area.
: ok, that's the phrase in Greek: MELANXROSTIKI AMFIVLISTRIOPATHEIA. but what does it mean?? What is it? All I know is that it's an eye disease. I need details and as soon as possible. It's a life and death situation for a 5 year old little boy from my village in Greece. I have to help, That's why I need your help. Thanks.
