I would like to thank all involved in the fascinating disucussion regarding the origin of Hellenes. Being a diaspora Greek, my access to cultural historical sources is limited. Having school-age children, I was recently wondering how and where I could educate them on their own cultural heritage. Thanks to your posts, I have many beginning points and sources (authors, publications) that I can begin a thorough search with. I have printed out your posts and given them to my children to read. The paradox is, my children will know more than my parents about their origins, but never mind - the knowledge is not lost. My immense gratitude to you all for a mature, erudite and fascinating discussion!
