Me or you?? LOL. that just goes to show that yes you guys have mixed with the rest. besides i will stick with what i was taught at school and my more Western-based academic readings, which undoubtedly don't 'trim' the facts to show descent. Every historian in the West knows that modern Greece came into existence on the premise of direct descent from the ancient Greeks. That's why you guys were called ' the Christian Turks' back then.

I will leave you with something from one of our own newspapers:
