THANK YOU MANIATES FOR SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT. For too long, some of those of western European background,including their forebearers being some Americans both white and black, and Turks, have tried to discount Greek ethnicity and with that, Greek cultural heritage and its enormous impact and influence in the modern world. What saddens me is that in this day and age, Greeks have to have their own cultural and ethnic heritage explained to them....oh well, keep up the good work Maniates!
